Shipping
All orders are processed and shipped from our Catania warehouse within 24-48 business hours of payment confirmation.
Delivery times may vary depending on the destination:
- Italy: 2–4 business days
- Europe: 3–7 business days
- Rest of the world: 5–10 business days
Shipments are made via reliable and traceable couriers. Once the order is shipped, the customer will receive a tracking code to monitor the delivery.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and may vary based on weight and destination.
Packaging and Safety
All spare parts are packaged with the utmost care to ensure product integrity during transport. Each shipment is protected to prevent damage or loss.
Returns
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with current regulations.
To be accepted, returns must meet the following conditions:
- The product must be intact and unused
- It must be returned in its original packaging
- It must not show any signs of assembly or use
Refund
Once the return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued within 7 business days using the same payment method used for the original order.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defective products or an error on our part.
Returns for damaged or used products will not be accepted.
